- NO TRAILERS ALLOWED - No Exceptions!
- Must provide valid ID
- Max of 2 units can be scheduled by entering: first VIN, 2nd VIN
- Must have proper equipment (Dollies, Jump Pack, Winch, Etc.)
- If you show up with no appointment or a trailer, you will be asked to leave.

- Person listed on the loan account is the only person who can come for items or vehicle. If needed, you will need to contact lien holder to have a 3rd party release provided to us.

- If you make a payment to redeem vehicle after a personal property appointment you must request a new appointment for redemption.
- We have 24 hours to process recovered vehicles. When it is fully processed, you will be able to set an appointment.
- Any fees (if applicable) must be paid in full at time of appointment
- Please arrive at your appointment time. We can not assist you if you arrive more than 10 minutes early or 15 minutes late.
- All items are removed from the vehicle and stored in bins. Be prepared to unload your items into the vehicle or your own bag / bin.
